Licensed Psychologist (PSY32383) // Los Angeles-based Therapist
I take an integrative and collaborative approach to treatment, depending on clients’ goals, problems, and personalities. I try to support as well as challenge clients in an effort to increase their self-understanding and help them make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe clients are the experts on themselves, and I view my role as more of a guide. My therapeutic methods are flexible and individualized, incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, relational psychodynamic work, and mindfulness.
I am also trained in conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD, and currently serve as a supervisor at the UCLA Anxiety Disorders Clinic in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences.
I am currently seeing clients both virtually as well as in-person in Atwater Village.
